BÉNIN – CAMEROUN – CENTRAFRIQUE – VISIOCONFÉRENCE

L’École Régionale Supérieure de la Magistrature (ERSUMA) de l’Organisation pour l’Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires (OHADA) organise, en partenariat avec les Établissements nationaux de formation judiciaire, sur subvention de l’OHADA, sa première session de formation certifiante en bimodal au titre de l’année 2023. Cette session de formation se tiendra simultanément en présentiel au Siège de l’ERSUMA à Porto-Novo (Bénin), à l’École Nationale d’Administration et de Magistrature (ENAM) du Cameroun à Yaoundé, à l’ENAM de la République Centrafricaine à Bangui et par visioconférence, du 20 au 24 Février 2023, sur le thème : « Techniques de rédaction des décisions de justice dans l’espace OHADA : ordonnance, jugement, arrêt d’appel et arrêt de cassation ».

BIMODAL CERTIFICATION TRAINING SESSION

BENIN – CAMEROON – CENTRAL AFRICA – VIDEOCONFERENCE

The High Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) is organizing, in partnership with the National Judicial Training Institutions, upon OHADA grant, its first bimodal certification training session for the year 2023. This training session will be simultaneously conducted in face-to-face learning at the ERSUMA headquarters in Porto-Novo (Benin), at the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM) of Cameroon in Yaounde, at the ENAM of the Central African Republic in Bangui and by videoconference, from the 20^th to the 24^th of February 2023, on the theme: » Drafting techniques of court decisions in the OHADA area: order, judgment, appeal decision and cassation decision « .
